Hi there is a small fix for joomla v3.0.3. Open the default.php file in ../modules/mod_rizlogin/tmpl and search for:

        <div id="form-login-username">             <div>                 <div>                     <span><i title="<?php echo JText::_('MOD_LOGIN_VALUE_USERNAME') ?>"></i><label for="modlgn-username"><?php echo JText::_('MOD_LOGIN_VALUE_USERNAME'); ?></label></span><input id="modlgn-username" type="text" name="username" tabindex="1" size="18" placeholder="<?php echo JText::_('MOD_LOGIN_VALUE_USERNAME') ?>" /><a href="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_users&view=remind'); ?>" title="<?php echo JText::_('MOD_LOGIN_FORGOT_YOUR_USERNAME'); ?>"><i></i></a>                 </div>             </div>         </div>         <div id="form-login-password">             <div>                 <div>                     <span><i title="<?php echo JText::_('JGLOBAL_PASSWORD') ?>"></i><label for="modlgn-passwd"><?php echo JText::_('JGLOBAL_PASSWORD'); ?></label></span><input id="modlgn-passwd" type="password" name="password" tabindex="2" size="18" placeholder="<?php echo JText::_('JGLOBAL_PASSWORD') ?>" /><a href="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_users&view=reset'); ?>" title="<?php echo JText::_('MOD_LOGIN_FORGOT_YOUR_PASSWORD'); ?>"><i></i></a>                 </div>             </div>         </div>

replace it with this:

        <div id="form-login-username">             <div>                 <div>                     <span><label for="modlgn-username"><?php echo JText::_('MOD_LOGIN_VALUE_USERNAME'); ?>:<br /></label></span><input id="modlgn-username" type="text" name="username" tabindex="1" size="18" placeholder="<?php echo JText::_('MOD_LOGIN_VALUE_USERNAME') ?>" /><a href="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_users&view=remind'); ?>" title="<?php echo JText::_('MOD_LOGIN_FORGOT_YOUR_USERNAME'); ?>"><i></i></a>                 </div>             </div>         </div>         <div id="form-login-password">             <div>                 <div>                     <span><label for="modlgn-passwd"><?php echo JText::_('JGLOBAL_PASSWORD'); ?>:<br /></label></span><input id="modlgn-passwd" type="password" name="password" tabindex="2" size="18" placeholder="<?php echo JText::_('JGLOBAL_PASSWORD') ?>" /><a href="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_users&view=reset'); ?>" title="<?php echo JText::_('MOD_LOGIN_FORGOT_YOUR_PASSWORD'); ?>"><i></i></a>                 </div>             </div>         </div>

Now you see the diferent in Username and password field

I modified the images to match the colour of my site. But now, when I login the Login sidebar says "Login" when it is supposed to say  "Logout."

Whats wrong?

When the login form slides out from the side of the screen, it goes under the main page so I can't see it or use it. Is there an browser setting for this?

hi there, nice module but the only issue that i have is that when i use it the login pop shows on the right but it also takes up the left module position also and thus changes the lay out of my page

I can only put 24 letters in pre-text.  Beyond that the text is chopped off by the edge of the site.  The pre-text box needs to word wrap on the 24th letter.  Is there any way I can solve this as I'd like a longish intro text on the slider (about 4 lines)

can I reduce the size of the protrusion and the font size. In short can I customize the look of the login button to suit my website?

Is there a way to direct the "create an account" link to a Virtuemart registration page instead of the default joomla registration?

Hello. Is there a way I could put the module on the left side of the page? Thank you very much.

Hi, how come it is disappear on firefox browser.

IanShere

 @dnyli It works fine in FF - at least in 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14. Just assign it to any published position, and make sure your Joomla login module is also published (I put mine in debug position - an non-visible position) and it works fine.

I love this module, it does just an amazing job and was something I have been looking for.

I have 2 questions.

1. Is there anyway that I can edit the placement of the login to be just on the edge of the content instead of on the edge of the web browser?

2. Is there anyway to edit the size of the font?

If there is not a way to do these things, I understand, but it never hurts to ask, right.
